Understanding the benefits of using kettlebells
How to incorporate kettlebell lifts into the exercise programme
Safety considerations for instructing a kettlebell session
Be able to design a kettlebell programme
Some experience of kettlebell training is useful
You must hold a relevant Lv2 fitness qualification
Our courses are run on a one-to-one, face to face, basis with added online support.This course can also be run in a group session. The course will need a fair amount of self-motivation to learn and carry out course work when not with your Tutor/Assessor to revise for set exams and practical sessions.
